Unit 2: Proportion and scale project

In this project, Everyone in the group must bring their own personal object, place it at the middle of the table and sketch the picture of the object which need to have correct proportion and scales. The thing I found it good in this project is the scale, I always look at the object when I was drawing this picture so I can have a correct proportion and scale. I think my weaknesses in this project is shading and the background. When i was shading I found it very hard to make the shadow smooth and to obtain gradual shading. For my background I try to make it look like the pattern of the table but the lines in the right side look very messy which I think it make the picture don't look natural.
