Semester 1 Final Project: self-portrait

In my artwork it depict a boy coming out of a book, a dragon, a bottle, and many words on the book cover. The boy represent me exploring the world in the book and how excited I am looking from his eyes. The words on the cover is my feeling when I get to read book.The story I want to communicate through this painting is the first time I started to read comics and the knowledge and entertainment it gave me. I used the bottle to represent knowledge about science and the dragon represent the first comic I read, Dragonball. I used warm colors to make it bright to communicate how I feel when I was inspired, the letter I also use warm color, light green and red, to make it look colorful, communicate the feeling of excitement and make it attractive. I used yellow as background to make it look Like I was dreaming. I would like to title this artwork little boy and his book.
